TAIS was seeking a collaborator to organize and execute a discussion-based event that invited influential guest speakers to engage in deep conversations about the future of AI technology. The aim of the event was to bring together guests from varied backgrounds to emphasize the importance of AI safety within the evolving technological landscape.

SOLUTION

Branding was a focal point, as lanyards, tote bags, and stationary were presented to attendees for memorability and impact. The two-day event was organized with spaces allotted for networking amongst the attendees. Participants exchanged contact information and enjoyed refreshments and lunch during breaks.

RESULT

Attendees from all over the world engaged in discussions about the state of AI and future directions for action. They expanded their networks by mingling with new connections from a variety of fields related to technology. By holding the event, TAIS effectively promoted dialogue about the significance of taking accountability when working with AI technology.
