    A Wakayama native and graduate of Waseda University, Masaki began his career building bridges between foreign and Japanese brands. Having spent several years in Los Angeles, he gained a deep understanding of how to navigate the cultural nuances between Japanese and international businesses.

    Upon returning to Japan, he found continued success in the event marketing industry. This led to him partnering with EGGWORM, and becoming appointed as CEO. Masaki has developed an approach that both relies on, and necessitates the presence of passion in every project. He believes that tapping into this energy allows for an unrestricted creative process, and ultimately produces a more authentic product.

    Nick leads the strategic vision and creativity for the company’s diverse portfolio of work. ​He ​is an international marketing professional and creative who specializes in ​strategy and ​event​ ​marketing. He has established strong and lasting relationships in ​a variety of industries worldwide while working with companies such as Armani Exchange, American Eagle, Baidu, BBC, Beats by Dre, Moët Hennessy Diageo, Notion, Rémy Cointreau and Tokyo Comic Con, to name a few.

    With over a decade of experience in the entertainment industry​ and a producer of well over 150 events​, he is one of the leading nighttime economy experts in Tokyo.

    Samuel Kaylor is a creative director passionate about bringing ideas to life through media. Samuel collaborates with clients worldwide, helping companies, organizations, and brands develop compelling creative strategies.

    As the founder of the successful YouTube channel Home Sessions, he is dedicated to supporting local artists and musicians. His experience spans collaborations with industry giants such as Amazon, Microsoft, Spotify, Google, YouTube, Xbox, Sony Music, Beats by Dre, Universal Music, and Mitsui Fudōsan, among many others.

    As a multilingual project manager in the field of marketing, Félicie is proficient in French, English, German, and Japanese. This linguistic proficiency enables her to effectively engage with diverse clients and expand their reach in Japan. With strong communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and an attention to detail, she can foster strong client relationships and consistently deliver exceptional results in multinational settings.

    Tomoko is a highly skilled bilingual executive assistant with extensive experience in logistics, event coordination, and activations. She excels in managing a variety of events, including music festivals, film sets, dance competitions, and comedy shows. Her background includes project management and supporting expatriate entrepreneurs in Tokyo, enriched by her studies in the UK.

    COMMUNITY MANAGER

    As a community manager, Yamaguchi Momoko excels in managing corporate Instagram accounts, PR consulting, and event planning. After graduating from Chuo University in 2013, she quickly proved her prowess in digital marketing at Wedding Park Co., Ltd., boosting sales by 1300%. In 2015, she transitioned to an independent role, consulting on media and PR for diverse companies, before joining Blueprint Inc. There, she expanded her expertise as a party producer and smartphone talent, enhancing brand receptions and corporate communications. In 2018, she focused on independent party production and event management.

A native of Phoenix, Arizona, Dylan has lived and worked in Tokyo, Berlin, and across all corners of the world.

Having collaborated with renowned brands like Google, Ferrari, Electrolux, Cardano, Mixmag, 1OAK, Ageha, Bagus Grand Cybercafe, ITJ, and Passoa, he specializes in capturing moody, atmospheric scenes that highlight the essence of people, places, and moments.
