With a new venue comes a new crowd – Global Hearts wanted to connect with the trendsetting younger demographic for their latest project. We curated international and domestic Japanese talent to establish their new venue as a bulwark of live music values.

OPPORTUNITY

Upon the opening of their latest venue, Global Hearts wanted to target a younger, more diverse crowd with a wide taste in music. The objective was to book premier talent and bring global event brands together geared by a specific marketing strategy. 

SOLUTION

We booked global and local talent while handling full production of the events on a monthly basis. The design elements had to be fully localized and support by specific digital marketing strategies. With a diverse booking policy that could cater to a variety of demographics, the aim was to make this venue the go-to spot in greater Tokyo.

RESULT

Since 2015, we have held over 50 events, welcoming some 37,000 attendees for Global Hearts venues in Tokyo. These events have led to a strong relationship with the company, and many other spin off projects.
