Cinco De Mayo Festival

We handled this event from top-to-bottom, with a view to maximizing potential revenue streams and splashing the brand colorfully all over social media.

OPPORTUNITY

The annual Cinco De Mayo Festival wanted to create more awareness within Tokyo prior to their event. They wanted to exceed the previous year’s festivities by having a bigger stage with more entertainment and finding ways to engage more with their customers.

SOLUTION

We brought additional flavor to the food stalls and drink pop-ups with our famed adaptable high-design POSM. Our booths and campaign girls were the lasting image of the event on social media. We designed the main stage which was the canvas to the creative performers. Our camera teams captured the revelry – cocktail juggling and Latin dancing from native Latinos and Japanese locals alike – which maximized social media pull with hundreds of thousands of impressions.

RESULT

The annual events – through our strategy – continue to maintain a strong visual presence online, which draws in new customers and courts back loyalists, resulting in parties that are predictably packed.
