Ralph Lauren Japan were looking to provide their most valued customers with exclusive social occasions, whilst offering a VIP shopping experience. We worked with them to devise a concept to showcase their latest collections while adhering to the foundations of their brand dna. It was important for them to do this in a sophisticated atmosphere in store whilst creating a sales opportunity.

SOLUTION

Ralph Lauren wanted to keep the VIP customers engaged with the brand and offer something special by providing original entertainment, interactive experiences and a quality production. In addition, it was important for the brand to attract a plethora of key influencers and style icons within Tokyo’s fashion industry.

RESULT

These shopping experiences have now gone nationwide, resulting in strong sales during the events. They have become a staple within the fashion industry throughout Japan.
