Alison Wonderland Warehouse Project

We used our experience within the music industry to host superstar-DJ Alison Wonderland’s tour within the esoteric framework of the Japanese market. PR strategy; visual aesthetic; venue scouting were handled by us, which resulted in a sold out show.

OPPORTUNITY

Award winning DJ, Alison Wonderland, wanted to bring her iconic “Warehouse Project” tour to Japan. With the exclusive access we have to all of the venues within Tokyo, we were determined to find a location that remained on brand.

SOLUTION

We provided their management team with a variety of options, which we visited, before finalizing on Cross Deck Harumi. For the event, our suppliers created the visual aesthetic that was requested and we created a PR plan to ensure enough visitors to this event. The execution of this event was managed within their budget.

RESULT

Over 1,000 people attended the event with more than 1000 VIP meet and greets. Our team supplied the full lighting system and the LED skin for the event. Event was a massive success with the management team extremely happy Tokyo was the best show of the tour. Sold out all merchandise.
