Barbie has been one of the world’s most popular names in the toy market for over 50 years. Their brand proves to be a fashion icon and is among the most sold dolls worldwide. They required a specific staffing solution that aligned with their brand objectives in Japan.
SOLUTION
Our extensive staffing network allows us to provide clientele with a variety of exceptional service options. We created a campaign that focused on sales activations, whilst adhering to the brand message "be what you want to be!”. We took care of talent casting, script writing, as well as mechanic development for customer interactions.
RESULT
The activations ran 12 months and proved a huge success. We supported staff for their operations across Daikanyama, Harajuku and Shinjuku. There were over 100,000 lively interactions per week amongst Barbie enthusiasts of all ages.
