We generated slick and stylish viral optics for Baidu who were looking to stay relevant in the street-fashion industry in partnership with a respected TV network.

OPPORTUNITY

Baidu wanted to create more engaging and original material that was unique to youth culture in Japan. The goal was to generate exclusive street fashion content in association with the Hong Kong network, CTV.

SOLUTION

We were able to feature some of the best dressed street style figures across Tokyo. With our approach, we effectively executed the shoots and carried out full production within 48 hours. By maximizing the tight schedule and shooting days, we fulfilled Baidu’s brief, keeping them within budget and increasing the number of episodes.

RESULT

We created bite size snapshots that showcased current trends on the streets of Tokyo. A variety of individually styled people highlighted the brand names being worn. After the initial 36 episodes, Baidu extended their brief to continue throughout the rest of the year. These videos exceeded expectations and reached over 600,000 viewers.
