A Swedish company entering a market which pioneered its own product required customers to be able to link it to their mobile app seamlessly. We marketed a process into something quick and enjoyable for users’ to do.

OPPORTUNITY

Electrolux Pure i9 is a robotic vacuum with a distinctive triangular design and unparalleled navigation ability. One of its unique points is that it features an app allowing users to check in on the vacuum to schedule cleanings. When launching the product in Japan, they needed to create a tutorial on how to link the product with their mobile app.

SOLUTION

We worked closely alongside Electrolux to develop the storyboard for the tutorial. A localized script was generated to provide the clearest explanation on how to use this new technology. Using a step-by-step system, we created a video, which included all motion graphics. It demonstrated how easy it is to pair the device with your smartphone.

RESULT

The video is now being shown to users across Japan who purchase an Electrolux Pure i9 vacuum. Customers have reported that the vacuum’s popular app feature is incredibly easy to use thanks to the tutorial.
